Entrez

DNA and protein sequences, 3D structures, genomes and taxonomy. Information on use can be found at Entrez Help.

Sequence Retrieval System (SRS) A network browser for molecular biology databases, run by the EBI.
BCM Search Launcher A collection of online molecular search and analysis services.

EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database

A database of DNA and RNA sequences submitted directly by researchers.

Protein Sequence Database

Information on wild-type proteins, including sequences, homology, and functional and structural data.

SWISS-PROT

Annotated protein sequence database provided by ExPASy.

ProSite

A database of protein families and domains, allowing assignment of a protein sequence to a known family.

ProDom

An automatic compilation of homologous domains detected in the SWISS-PROT database.

ProClass

A non-redundant protein database organized according to family relationships.

Side Chain Interactions

Displays the 400 possible packing interactions between pairs of amino acid side chains.

MMDB

The Molecular Modelling Database, a database of macromolecular 3D structures.
